    My name is Dr. Nick Scanio, chiropractor in Evanston Illinois serving the surrounding community for the past 2.5 years. As a medical provider, there is little to no formal business or sales training involved in the curriculum during your education so I needed to expand and develop that aspect of my practice on my own. I needed to learn to not just focus on the physical ailments of the patient but to also really uncover what each individual needs and is looking for in a doctor. This ultimately improved patient communication resulting in more patient visits (commitment) and retention allowing me to have a greater impact in their lives.
    I have been working with the @revenue sales coaching team for about 4 months now. In these 4 short months, I have met goals I have been trying to reach on my own, unsuccessfully, for over a year. The sales training I have had through @revenue has improved my total patient visits, patient retention, patient close percentage (patients pay for treatment plan upfront), and my total office collections. Almost all measurable stats have greatly improved since working with this team.
    But even more important to me were the immeasurable improvements that I've experienced including doctor-patient communication, confidence, front desk-patient communication, and adjusting some systematic techniques to help the office run more smoothly.  I really enjoy the weekly meeting to hold accountability and having the resources to role play, practice things we learn in class, the debriefing of tough cases, and have the support that I need to be successful.  Not to mention all the purposeful networking strategies we are working on to put in place and continue improving upon.  Soon my biggest obstacle will be how to scale these systems and process to bigger or even multiple offices.
